Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement governing the use of the bbokk platform, applicable between bbokk and each member. By registering on or using bbokk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

The following definitions apply to key terms used throughout this document — "bbokk" refers to the company that owns and operates this platform; "Member" refers to any registered user; "Platform" refers to bbokk's website, mobile app, and all associated services.

Membership Terms

To create an account on bbokk, all of the following conditions must be met. Failure to meet even one of these conditions will render the registration invalid, and bbokk reserves the right to close the relevant account.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. bbokk does not grant membership to minors under any circumstances.
• Each person may open one account only. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed.
• The name, address, and contact details provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Members must register using their own mobile number — someone else's number may not be used.
• By completing registration, the member agrees to these full terms and conditions.

Account Management

You are primarily responsible for the security of your bbokk account. Never share your password, OTP, or login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bbokk Support immediately.

Account Pause & Closure

Bbokk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent account activity.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation is found.
• If it is found that an account is being operated on behalf of a minor.
• By order of a court or competent authority.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bbokk supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All payment processes are completed via encrypted channels.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be blocked until KYC verification is complete.
• bbokk does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees — however, fees imposed by the payment gateway itself may apply.
• bbokk may request additional verification for any transactions that appear suspicious.

Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on bbokk. Once a bet is confirmed, changes are generally not possible.

Sports Betting

• All bets must be placed before the market closes. Pre-match markets close once the match kicks off.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Certain markets in live betting may be temporarily locked for a short period — this is a normal part of the process.
• bbokk reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds.

Casino & Games

• All casino games use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game can be found in the game's info section.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be refunded.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bbokk regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 20x.
• Certain games or betting markets may contribute at a lower or higher percentage toward bonus wagering.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously while one bonus is active, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbokk. Any violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of account balance.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's information.
• Using bots or automated software to access or operate on the platform.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.

KYC & Identity Verification

Bbokk complies with all regulatory requirements and follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals and transactions above certain limits.

Required Documents

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• The name, address, and account details must match what appears on your documents.
• An OTP may be sent to verify your mobile number if required.
• The KYC process is typically completed within 24 hours.

Responsible Gaming

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
